- relate logs, metrics, events, traces, and synthetic monitoring data (MELTS)
- Agentic AI, Generative AI, RAG, Python, and observability platforms
- LangChain, LangGraph, Microsoft AutoGen, Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI Agents SDK, and vector databases.
- Experience developing automated operational workflows, runbooks, self-healing mechanisms, and remediation solutions using Python, PowerShell, REST APIs, and orchestration frameworks

- Experience in designing RAG-based solutions using vector databases such as Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, and implementing enterprise knowledge repositories and incident knowledge graphs.
