Summary Build practical AI, GenAI, and automation solutions that improve productivity, customer experience, and service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build solutions using GenAI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, and Prompt Engineering
- Automate processes using Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, ServiceNow
- Develop POCs, prototypes, and MVPs
- Integrate APIs, data, databases, and enterprise systems
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend automation
- Perform technical scoping, feasibility, estimation, and risk assessment
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain solutions
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders
- Create SOPs, documentation, knowledge articles, and reusable templates
