Role Overview: We are looking for a Gen AI Engineer / Java-Python AWS Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable technology solutions across its digital platforms.

The role involves working with Java, Python, AWS, microservices, cloud-native architecture, automation, and

CI/CD, while collaborating with engineering, product, business, and technology teams to solve complex technical problems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain large-scale applications using Java, Spring Boot, Python, React.js, and

microservices.
- Build scalable and reliable solutions using AWS cloud services.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.
- Implement automation and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Develop unit tests and maintain high standards of code quality, reliability, and performance.
- Integrate applications with business, technology, and product systems.
- Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective technical

solutions.
- Apply secure coding practices and ensure compliance with technology and security standards.
- Troubleshoot complex technical and business problems.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to technology communities.
- Mentor and support junior engineers where required.

Technical Requirements
- 58 years of professional software engineering experience, with strong experience in Java/Python and

AWS.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot,



Python, and microservices.
- Experience with React.js and modern application development.
- Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services, including:
- EC2
- ECS
- S3
- Lambda
- RDS
- KMS
- ELB
- SNS
- SQS
- IAM
- Experience with AWS cloud architecture and design.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, or GitLab.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Knowledge of Bash, PowerShell, Python, or Java scripting.
- Working knowledge of Linux, networking, routing, and firewalls.
- Understanding of security compliance and secure software development practices.
- Experience developing unit tests and maintaining code quality.

Gen AI / AI Skills
- Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, AI-powered applications, or AI/ML engineering.
- Ability to integrate AI capabilities into cloud-based enterprise applications.
- Understanding of AI APIs, automation, and scalable AI-enabled solutions is preferred.

Preferred Skills
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative engineering environment.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scaled Agile methodologies.
