Gene Technologies is looking for a responsible and motivated person to join our team as a GeM & Tender Specialist.

? Location: Chennai

? Experience: Fresher / 1–5 Years

? Qualification: Any Degree / Biotechnology / MBA / Science background

? About the RoleThe candidate will be responsible for handling GeM portal activities, government tenders, quotations, documentation, invoices and order coordination.

This role is suitable for candidates who are interested in Government Sales, GeM, Tender Management and Sales Coordination.

? Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day activities on the GeM portal
- Search and identify relevant GeM bids and government tenders
- Participate in tenders and prepare required documents
- Manage GeM product listings and bid submissions
- Prepare quotations and other tender-related documents
- Prepare and submit GeM invoices
- Maintain proper records of bids, quotations, invoices and tender documents
- Check tender requirements and ensure documents are submitted correctly and on time
- Coordinate with customers regarding quotations, orders and tender requirements
- Coordinate with the sales team and principals for pricing, product details and required documents
- Process customer orders and coordinate with the concerned teams
- Follow up on dispatch,



delivery and payment status
- Support the team in other GeM, tender and government sales activities

? What We Are Looking For
- Any Degree / Biotechnology / MBA / Science background
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to organize and maintain documents properly
- Interest in Government Sales and Tender Management
- Willingness to learn GeM and tender processes
