Certification

- Genesys CCaaS / NICE CXone Certified Professional or Architect • Amazon Connect / Google CCAI / Cisco Contact Center Certifications • ITIL Foundation • PMP or TOGAF

Eligibility Qualification

8–15+ years in Contact Centre solutioning / consulting / delivery leadership, with significant RFx ownership. Proven experience in ITSM, Workplace, Datacenter/Cloud & Networks solution design and operational models.
