Role Description The Fundraising Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ajmer, responsible for driving fundraising initiatives and building strategic relationships to support Aspire Seed Solutions’

mission and client startups. This role involves identifying and cultivating potential funding partners, including investors, donors, incubators, and government programs; preparing compelling proposals, pitch materials, and presentations; and coordinating meetings and follow-ups to advance funding opportunities.

The Fundraising

Manager will analyze funding trends, maintain a pipeline of prospects,



and track performance metrics to optimize outreach and engagement. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with the consulting team to align fundraising strategies with client needs, managing stakeholder communication, organizing fundraising events or campaigns, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting of all fundraising activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess experience working with major donors and high-net-worth individuals for fundraising initiatives.
- Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and relationship management.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of philanthropy and charitable giving practices, including donor engagement and stewardship.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with charities and annual giving programs, including campaign planning and execution.
- Proven experience in fundraising, business development, or investor relations, preferably in the startup or nonprofit ecosystem.
- Ability to develop and implement fundraising strategies, manage pipelines, and meet financial targets.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Comfort working on-site and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, communications, or a related field is preferred.
