Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Fundraiser. The Fundraiser will identify potential donors, cultivate relationships with individuals, corporations, and institutions, and manage ongoing donor engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing fundraising strategies, preparing proposals and grant applications, organizing online campaigns and virtual events, and maintaining accurate records of contributions and donor communications.

The role involves close collaboration with program and finance teams to align fundraising initiatives with project needs and impact goals,



as well as regular reporting on fundraising performance and opportunities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in fundraising strategy, donor outreach, and relationship management.
- Candidates should possess skills in proposal writing, grant applications, and basic reporting and documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in digital communication, social media outreach, and online campaign management.
- Candidates should possess skills in planning and coordinating virtual events, webinars, and donor meetings.
- Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present impact clearly.
- Candidates should possess solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives remotely.
- Experience in nonprofit fundraising, CSR partnerships, or community development is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Communications, Marketing, or Business is preferred but not mandatory.
