Configuration of Payroll PCR’s

Ensure Compliance with Legal and Statutory Requirements

Collaborate With Cross‑Functional Teams

Support Business Run as usual during monthly payroll and End of year activities.

Responsibilities Understanding business requirements

SAP HCM configuration

Compliance & Statutory Requirements

Integration Support with other Third Party/downstream systems

Manage the time and priority for resolution of incidents and changes.

Analysis of SAP KBA’s for yearly Country Specific Legal changes along with HRSP upgrade Required Skills Understanding of Payroll Schema and PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules)

Wage type configuration

Configuration of payroll area, periods, control record





Configuration of Processing classes, evaluation classes, and cumulation classes

Configuration of Integration with Finance (FI/CO) components

Pre-payroll validation and post-payroll checks

Year End Activities, HMRC submissions, RTI processes (UK)

Configuration Standard and custom reports (Adhoc Query)

Working in Agile methodology Preferred Skills Daily job monitoring, troubleshooting and issue resolution

Knowledge of SAP HCM payroll (UK Country Specific)

Knowledge in Payroll schemas and PCRs

Knowledge in Wage type configuration and valuation methods

Knowledge in PA, OM and Payroll modules

Knowledge in executing different types of Functional Testing in Payroll module (UT, SIT and UAT)

Good communication Skills

Prior experience to work in a multi-vendor setting

Incident and change management for managing business issues and enhancements Minimum relevant experience should be 6 to 10 years
