What makes this role rare is the asset underneath it. Over fifteen years, embedded in the compliance workflow of US businesses, Zenwork has built two things that cannot be bought, scraped, or replicated: a deep proprietary tax and compliance dataset covering filings,



TIN checks, vendor and payee records, and filing patterns, and years of hard-won regulatory expertise. This is the fuel for agentic AI, and most of it has not been fully unlocked yet.

The Role

We are hiring a strong Full Stack Engineer to work alongside our AI team and build the products our AI powers. The AI team builds the models and agents. You build everything around them: the interfaces, services, APIs, and data plumbing that turn that intelligence into features millions of businesses use.

This is a hands-on, full-stack building role. You own features across frontend and backend, partner closely with AI engineers to bring their work into production, and ship rapid. You do not need to be an AI specialist. You do need to be a strong engineer who is comfortable working with AI systems and eager to learn.

What You Will Do

- Build features end to end across the full stack: responsive frontend, backend services, APIs, and data.
- Partner with the AI team to take models and agents from prototype to production, building the application layer that makes them usable and reliable.
- Design and build clean, well-structured APIs and services that connect the product to AI capabilities and to external systems.




- Own the user-facing experience of AI features, so that what the AI team builds actually reaches customers and works well.
- Ship fast, iterate on real usage, and keep quality high in a regulated, high-volume environment.
- Work closely with product, design, and AI engineers to turn ideas into shipped features.

- Shipped features. Your work is in production and used by real customers.
- Quality and reliability. What you build holds up in a regulated, high-volume environment.
- Speed of iteration. You get working software in front of users and improve it fast.

What You Will Bring

- 5+ years of strong full-stack engineering. You can build and own both frontend and backend in production. This is the core of the role.
- Hands-on proficiency across our stack: Node, Python, React, and Postgres.
- A solid grasp of databases, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Basic, working knowledge of AI and LLMs: enough to integrate AI features, collaborate with the AI team, and reason about how these systems behave. Deep ML expertise is not required.
- A bias to ship. You care about getting working software in front of users and iterating on it.
- Comfort with ambiguity and speed. You move fast without breaking what matters.
- Strong communication and a low-ego, collaborative approach.
