Role Overview

Worktual is an AI-native customer engagement platform comprising CRM, Campaign Management, AI Native Contact Center, Lola Chatbot & Voice Bot, CDP, CVM, Web Tracking, Social Media Automation, and Ticketing.

As a Full Stack Lead, you will be a hands-on technical leader responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality, scalable enterprise software across frontend, backend, databases, real-time communication systems, messaging infrastructure, and AI integrations. You will lead a team of engineers while actively coding, conducting reviews, and driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Delivery & Development

- Lead end-to-end development of Frontend Applications, Backend Services, APIs, Business Logic, Databases, and AI-enabled features.
- Design and implement robust communication channels and messaging systems including Redis (caching, Pub/Sub, real-time messaging), Kafka (event streaming, high-throughput processing), REST & GraphQL APIs, WebSockets, and other asynchronous messaging patterns.
- Architect and build Multi-Tenant solutions with Row-Level Security (RLS), RBAC, MFA, Encryption, and Audit Logging.
- Develop real-time systems including Web Tracking, Chat, Voice, Campaign Engines, and Social Media Automation using appropriate communication technologies.

Integrations & Ecosystem

- Build and maintain integration connectors with CRM, CDP, ERP, Payment Systems, Social Platforms, Communication Platforms,



and External AI Services using reliable messaging and API patterns.

AI Integration

- Implement LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, Conversational AI, Agentic Workflows, Lead Scoring, and AI Content Generation.

Quality & Engineering Practices

- Enforce high coding standards through code reviews, documentation, and design reviews.
- Drive CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, logging, and observability.
- Promote responsible use of AI-assisted development with strong focus on security, quality, and architecture governance.

Leadership & Delivery

- Mentor and grow developers and technical team members.
- Lead sprint planning, estimation, risk management, and delivery tracking.
- Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Solution Architect, AI Team, Database Team, Product, QA, and DevOps.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Frontend

- React, Next.js, TypeScript, WebSockets, Responsive Design.

Backend & Communication Channels

- Solid expertise in messaging and communication systems:
- Redis (caching, Pub/Sub, real-time messaging)
- Kafka (event streaming, high-throughput processing)
- REST APIs, GraphQL
- WebSockets & real-time protocols
- Asynchronous messaging patterns and microservices communication
- Node.js, Python (FastAPI/Django), Java (Spring Boot), Microservices architecture.

Database

- PostgreSQL (with Row-Level Security), MongoDB, Redis, Data Modeling & Performance Optimization.

Cloud & DevOps

- AWS / Azure / GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code.
