Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to the development of a scalable, multi-country Insurance/Bancassurance platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise across both frontend and backend technologies, with experience building modern web applications, microservices, API integrations, and secure enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development

- Design, develop, and maintain Java Spring Boot microservices.
- Build and consume REST APIs and integrate with multiple internal and external systems.
- Work with GraphQL-based API orchestration layers.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth2, JWT, SSO, and CIAM.
- Develop scalable, resilient, and high-performance backend services.
- Work with PostgreSQL databases and Redis caching solutions.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.

Frontend Development

- Develop responsive and performant web applications using React and TypeScript.
- Build reusable, maintainable, and scalable UI components.
- Integrate frontend applications with REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to deliver pixel-perfect user experiences.
- Implement best practices for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance optimization.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions.

Required Skills

Frontend





- Strong experience with React.js, Hooks, Context API, and state management.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and up-to-date frontend frameworks.
- Experience integrating REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Understanding of component-driven architecture and micro frontends.

Backend

- Strong hands-on experience with Java/J2EE.
- Expertise in Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
- Good understanding of Microservices Architecture.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
- Experience working with Redis or similar caching technologies.
- Understanding of OAuth2, JWT, SSO, and secure authentication mechanisms.

General

- Experience working in high-integration/API-driven environments.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GKE, Cloud SQL).
- Knowledge of GraphQL.
- Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Exposure to Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Bancassurance domains.
- Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, and automated testing frameworks.
- Knowledge of performance tuning and accessibility standards (WCAG).
