Full-Time Junior UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer to join our design team full-time and work on real-world mobile and web product projects across different industries.

You will work closely with the design lead to turn product requirements and ideas into clean, modern and user-friendly digital experiences.

This is a hands-on role. You will be involved in the complete design execution process — from understanding requirements and creating user flows to designing high-fidelity screens, prototypes and making iterations based on feedback.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Design mobile and web application interfaces in Figma
- Create user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity UI screens
- Convert product requirements into practical UX solutions
- Create clickable prototypes for presentations and testing
- Work on design iterations based on client and stakeholder feedback
- Maintain consistent typography, spacing, components and design systems
- Create responsive designs for different screen sizes
- Collaborate with the design lead and development team
- Prepare designs for developer handoff
- Research and explore existing products for UX inspiration and competitive analysis
- Work across multiple projects and adapt to different brand styles
- Continuously improve designs based on usability and feedback

What We’re Looking For

Must Have

- Valuable understanding of UI/UX fundamentals
- Strong working knowledge of Figma
- Understanding of layouts, typography, spacing, grids, colour and visual hierarchy
- Ability to create clean and modern UI designs
- Basic understanding of UX, user flows and information architecture




- Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines

Nice to Have:
- Experience designing mobile apps and websites
- Understanding of design systems and reusable components
- Basic knowledge of responsive design
- Experience with prototyping in Figma
- Basic understanding of developer handoff
- Experience working with AI design tools such as Figma AI, Google Stitch, Lovable, etc.

We are more interested in your design thinking, attention to detail, willingness to learn and ability to execute.

You should be someone who:

- Can work independently after receiving direction
- Is comfortable with revisions and feedback
- Can work quickly without compromising quality
- Has a strong eye for modern UI
- Is curious about how products actually work, not just how they look

Shortlisted candidates may be given a small design task as part of the selection process.

Compensation

₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month, depending on design skills, portfolio and interview performance.

But after some projects based on proficiency and performance commercials can go up to ₹50,000.

This is a full-time position with opportunities to work on diverse real-world product design projects and grow into a stronger UI/UX/product designer.
