Role Description The Full Stack Web Development Trainer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vijayawada. The trainer designs and delivers structured training programs covering front-end and back-end web technologies, frameworks, and tools.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and learning materials, conducting classroom and hands-on coding sessions, mentoring learners through projects, assignments, and code reviews, and assessing performance through quizzes, tests, and practical evaluations. The trainer collaborates with the RecruGI team to align training outcomes with industry needs, updates course content based on current trends and best practices,



and provides individualized guidance on interview preparation and portfolio building. This role also involves maintaining a professional, inclusive learning environment and tracking learner progress to support successful placement outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and familiarity with modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue).
- Hands-on experience with back-end development using technologies such as Node.js, Express, or similar frameworks, and working with RESTful APIs.
- Practical knowledge of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) and basic understanding of data modeling, queries, and performance considerations.
- Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git, GitHub), build tools, and deployment workflows for web applications.
- Previous teaching, mentoring, or corporate training experience, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a explicit, accessible way.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to inclusive, learner-centered instruction.
- Ability to design curricula, structure projects, and evaluate learner performance through practical assessments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Familiarity with industry hiring practices, interview preparation, and portfolio building; experience in an edtech or training environment is an advantage.
