Fenman Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and hands-on Full-Stack Web Developer who can independently design and develop modern, responsive and high-performance websites and web applications completely from scratch using coding.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of both frontend and backend development and should be capable of taking a website from concept and UI design to development, database integration, deployment and ongoing maintenance.
This role is particularly suitable for a developer who enjoys creating custom websites rather than simply installing or modifying pre-built themes and templates.
1. Key RequirementCustom Website Development from Scratch
The candidate must be capable of:
- Designing website structures from scratch.
- Developing custom frontend interfaces using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Creating responsive layouts for desktop, tablet and mobile.
- Developing backend functionality and business logic.
- Designing and managing databases.
- Creating and integrating APIs.
- Implementing forms, authentication and user management where required.
- Integrating third-party services and APIs.
- Deploying websites to live servers.
- Managing website performance, security and scalability.
- Debugging and maintaining the complete website/application.
Candidates whose primary experience is only with ready-made WordPress themes, Elementor, Wix, Shopify themes or other drag-and-drop website builders will not be preferred.

B. UI/UX & Frontend Development
- Design and develop modern, professional and user-friendly website interfaces.
- Convert design concepts, wireframes or reference websites into functional webpages.
- Develop websites using:

- TypeScript
- React.js / Next.js or equivalent modern framework
- Create reusable components and clean frontend architecture.
- Ensure pixel-accurate implementation of approved designs.
- Develop fully responsive websites for:
- Desktop
- Laptop
- Tablet
- Mobile
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility.
- Implement animations, interactions and dynamic website elements where required.
- Optimize frontend performance and page-loading speed.
C. Backend Development
- Develop complete backend systems for websites and web applications.
- Build server-side business logic.
- Develop secure and scalable backend architecture.
- Create REST APIs and integrate third-party APIs.
- Handle authentication and authorization.
- Develop admin panels and dashboards where required.
- Implement data validation and error handling.
- Manage user accounts, roles and permissions.
- Ensure secure communication between frontend and backend.

will not be preferred unless they also have strong custom coding experience.
1. Portfolio Requirement
Candidates must provide 2–3 live websites or web applications that they have personally developed. During the interview, the candidate should be able to explain:

A portfolio containing only template-based websites will not be considered sufficient.
