About the Role

We are looking for a Senior NodeJS Developer with strong backend and frontend development experience. You will work closely with the CTO and UI Lead to build secure, scalable, and reliable FinTech applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and scale APIs using NodeJS and NestJS.
- Develop responsive and reliable interfaces using ReactJS.
- Write unit tests using Jest.
- Build secure and high-performance application architecture.
- Support AWS deployments and cloud-based development workflows.
- Use AI tools, LLMs, and coding assistants to improve development efficiency.
- Work independently and take ownership of assigned projects.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of skilled software development experience.
- Solid hands-on experience with NodeJS, NestJS, ReactJS, and Jest.
- Experience with API architecture and unit testing.
- Experience in FinTech, WealthTech,



or secure transactional systems.
- Hands-on familiarity with AWS.
- Product-based company experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical equivalent.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and ownership skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with AI APIs and LLMs.
- Prompt engineering.
- Intelligent agents or AI-powered applications.
- AI coding assistants and automation workflows.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a hands-on individual contributor who enjoys writing code and working in a fast-paced startup environment. Candidates should be comfortable working autonomously, communicating proactively, and taking end-to-end ownership.

Candidates with a pattern of frequent job changes, particularly multiple roles lasting less than a year, may not be considered.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
