Autom8AI is a workflow automation platform that enables businesses to build, deploy, and manage intelligent automation pipelines without writing complex code. We're a fast-moving early-stage startup building the next generation of AI-powered automation tools.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who can own features end-to-end ,from database schema to pixel-perfect UI. You will work directly with the founding team, ship fast, and have real impact on the product.

Responsibilities:

- Design and build full stack features across our Next.js frontend and Node.js backend
- Write clean, typed TypeScript across the entire stack
- Design and maintain PostgreSQL schemas using Prisma ORM
- Build and maintain tRPC APIs and server-side logic
- Integrate third-party APIs and OAuth flows (Google, Gmail, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Work with background jobs, scheduled workflows, and event-driven execution
- Contribute to system design decisions including queue architecture, scheduling, and data modeling




- Debug production issues and own fixes end to end.

Requirements:

- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React
- Experience with Next.js (App Router preferred)
- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and Prisma ORM
- Familiarity with tRPC or similar type-safe API layers
- Understanding of REST APIs and OAuth 2.0 flows
- Robust fundamentals in Data Structures and Algorithms — graph traversal, topological sort, queue-based scheduling
- Ability to read, debug, and reason about complex async code
- Experience with Supabase or similar BaaS platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with BullMQ,RabbitMQ or any job queue system is a plus

Nice to Have:

- Experience building SaaS or automation products
- Knowledge of AI/LLM integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini)
- Understanding of webhook systems and event-driven architecture
- Prior startup experience
