About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Developer who is comfortable across the whole stack - building fast, accessible React/Next.js interfaces and robust NestJS APIs, backed by PostgreSQL. You will work on production platforms such as CRMs, lead-management systems, booking and payments platforms, and content-driven websites - owning features from database to UI.

You should care about clean code, type-safety, and shipping reliable software, and be able to work independently in a small, senior team.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain full-stack features end to end - database schema, API, and UI.
- Develop responsive, accessible interfaces in React and Next.js with TypeScript and Tailwind CSS .
- Design and build clean, well-structured REST APIs in NestJS (Node.js).
- Model data and write efficient queries using PostgreSQL with Prisma ORM .
- Manage client-side server state with TanStack Query and app state with Zustand .
- Implement secure authentication and authorization (JWT + role-based access control).
- Integrate third-party services - payment gateways, messaging/WhatsApp APIs, CDNs, email.
- Write clean, tested, well-documented code and participate in code reviews.
- Work with the team on architecture decisions, and help keep the codebase healthy and scalable.




- Collaborate closely with the project lead, QA, and designers through delivery and UAT.

Must-Have Skills

Frontend

- Strong React (v19) - hooks, component architecture, performance.
- Next.js (v16, App Router) - SSR/SSG, routing, data fetching.
- TypeScript (robust, day-to-day).
- Tailwind CSS (v4) for styling; comfortable building clean UI.
- TanStack Query (React Query v5) for server state.
- React Router DOM (v7) for SPA routing.
- Zustand for client-side state management.
- Forms and validation (React Hook Form + Zod or similar).

Backend

- Node.js (v24 LTS) and NestJS (v11) - modules, providers, guards, DTOs.
- Designing and consuming REST APIs .
- Authentication and RBAC (JWT, role/permission models).
- Input validation (Zod / class-validator).

Database

- PostgreSQL
- schema design, relationships, indexing, query optimization.

- Prisma ORM (v7) - schema, migrations, and the client.

General

- Solid Git workflow (branching, pull requests, reviews).
- Good understanding of clean architecture, SOLID principles, and writing maintainable code.

Good to Have (Strong Plus)

- Redis and queue/background jobs (e.g. BullMQ) for reliable async processing.
- Docker and working with containers.
- Linux / VPS basics - deploying and running apps on a VPS (e.g. Hostinger), Nginx, SSL.
- CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions) for automated build, test, and deploy.
- Swagger / OpenAPI for API documentation.




- Monorepo tooling ( Turborepo ) and pnpm workspaces.
- Testing - Jest / Vitest and integration tests.
- Payment integrations (e.g. Razorpay ), messaging/WhatsApp APIs (e.g. DoubleTick).
- Image/CDN services (e.g. ImageKit ) and media optimization.
- Component libraries such as shadcn/ui / Radix.
- Basic cloud exposure (AWS / GCP) and observability/logging.

Qualifications

- 2 to 5 years of professional full-stack development experience.
