About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer to join our growing remote engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in building contemporary web applications using React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and relational databases. You will be responsible for developing scalable, secure, and high-performance applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications using React.js and Next.js.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Build reusable frontend components and maintain scalable application architecture.
- Develop secure backend services and business logic.
- Design and optimize relational databases using MySQL and PostgreSQL.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT/OAuth).
- Manage application state using Redux Toolkit or Context API.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Perform debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
- Participate in code reviews and Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Deploy and maintain applications on Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS).




- Work with Docker containers for development and deployment environments.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product teams to deliver high-quality software.

Required Skills
- 2-3 years of experience in Full Stack Web Development.
- Strong proficiency in React.js and Next.js.
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with Node.js and Express.js.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and API integration.
- Hands-on experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL.
- Experience using Redux Toolkit or Redux for state management.
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization using JWT and OAuth.
- Understanding of application security best practices.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Familiarity with Redis for caching and session management.
- Basic knowledge of Docker and containerized deployments.
- Experience deploying applications on Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar).
- Experience with cloud storage, load balancing, and scalable application architecture.
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for frontend and backend applications.
