Role Overview

As a Full Stack Developer, you will work across the frontend, backend, databases, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and deployment. You will collaborate closely with the product, sales, operations, and leadership teams to build reliable and scalable technology solutions. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, understands modern web development practices, and enjoys solving real-world product and engineering problems.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.

● Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React.js and Next.js.

● Develop backend services, REST APIs, and business logic using Node.js / Python.

● Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases and database schemas.

● Integrate third-party APIs and external services.

● Build secure authentication, authorization, and role-based access systems.

● Deploy and maintain applications on AWS.

● Work with cloud services, servers, storage, databases, and deployment pipelines.

● Debug production issues and improve application performance and reliability.

● Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.

● Follow good software engineering practices including Git, code reviews, testing, and documentation.

● Work with the team to understand requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

● Monitor and improve application security, scalability, and performance.

● Participate in architecture and technology decisions as the product grows.

Frontend

● Strong knowledge of React.js





● Solid knowledge of Next.js

Backend

● Strong understanding of Node.js

● Experience building REST APIs

● Valuable knowledge of backend architecture and API design

● Knowledge of Python and Python-based backend development

● Authentication & authorization

● Error handling, validation, logging, and security best practices

Database

● Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL

● Database design and normalization

● Writing optimized SQL queries

● Relationships, indexes, constraints, and transactions

● Understanding of ORM tools Development

Tools & Practices

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
