We care less about how many frameworks you've memorized and more about whether you can think. We want people who understand how data moves through a system, can reason about why an architecture is built a certain way, debug methodically, and are hungry to go deep on distributed systems, queues, and event-driven design.

You'll own features end-to-end across production web and mobile applications used daily by our sales teams, operations, and customers — frontend to backend to database to the event pipelines connecting them.

What you'll do

- Own full-stack features end to end — UI, APIs, data model, deployment
- Design REST APIs and integrate them across multiple services
- Work with event-driven and async architectures — webhooks, message queues, background jobs
- Design and optimize MongoDB and PostgreSQL schemas, indexes, and aggregation pipelines
- Integrate and debug third-party APIs and webhooks — payments, telephony, messaging
- Root-cause complex production issues across the stack
- Take part in code reviews, architecture discussions, and deployments

Our stack: TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js (NestJS/Express), MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, BullMQ, Kafka, Docker, AWS Junior Developer — 0 to 2 years (2 openings)

What we actually need from you:

- Robust logical reasoning — you can break a problem down and explain your thinking
- Solid JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals, and React
- Backend experience with Node.js (Express or NestJS)




- Working understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, and databases (SQL or NoSQL)
- Comfortable with Git
- Projects, internships, or open-source work we can actually look at

You don't need Kafka, Redis, or microservices experience. You need to be someone who'll learn them fast — we'll teach you here. Senior Developer — 3+ years (2 openings)

- Everything above, at production depth
- Strong REST API design and authentication (JWT/OAuth)
- Hands-on with both MongoDB and PostgreSQL — schema design, indexing, query optimization
- Real experience with webhooks and async/event-driven processing
- Hands-on with Redis (caching, pub/sub) and job queues (BullMQ / Kafka)
- Can explain system architecture and data flow between services, and has made those calls before
- Experience with code review, mentoring, and CI/CD

Exceptional candidates with fewer than 3 years but genuine depth should apply for the senior role. We hire on ability, not years — show us what you've built. Nice to have (either level)
