We're hiring an experienced, hands-on Full Stack Developer to take complete ownership of our technology ecosystem, website, CRM, mobile apps, HRMS, and the integrations that connect them. This is a build-from-the-ground-up role with direct exposure to management.

Key Responsibilities

Website Development

- Develop, maintain, and optimize a responsive, scalable company website
- Integrate lead-generation forms, CRM, analytics, and third-party APIs
- Ensure site security, performance, SEO readiness, and ongoing maintenance

CRM Development & Implementation

- Develop, customize, or implement CRM solutions based on business requirements
- Design lead management, sales pipelines, follow-up flows, dashboards, and reporting
- Integrate CRM with website, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
- Build workflow automation to improve operational efficiency

Mobile Application Development

- Develop and maintain Android, iOS, or cross-platform applications
- Manage APIs, databases, authentication, notifications, and third-party integrations
- Translate business requirements into functional, user-friendly features

HRMS Development & Customization

- Develop or customize HRMS covering employee database, onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll integration, performance/KRA management, documentation, exit management, and HR reporting

System Integration & Automation





- Integrate business applications and ensure seamless data flow across systems
- Identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation
- Build management dashboards and business reports
- Maintain data security, access controls, backups, and system reliability

Requirements

- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant IT / software development experience
- Strong full-stack and web development skills
- Hands-on experience in CRM development or implementation (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar preferred)
- Working knowledge of APIs, databases, system integrations, and cloud technologies
- Experience with mobile application development
- Understanding of HRMS/ERP systems is an added advantage
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently manage projects from requirement gathering through development, implementation, and maintenance
- Comfortable in a rapid-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Preferred Prior experience in CRM implementation, system integration, business process automation, and product development. Someone who can build from scratch and work closely with management to turn business requirements into scalable solutions.
