Role Overview

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer with expertise in ReactJS (Frontend), Python Flask (Backend), and MySQL (Database Management). The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, experience in writing optimized queries, and hands-on knowledge of Git and Docker.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and optimize the ReactJS frontend, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Build and maintain Python Flask APIs for backend services.
- Design and optimize MySQL databases, ensuring efficiency, security, and scalability.
- Write optimized SQL queries and manage database indexing for performance enhancement.
- Implement authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth) and data security best practices.
- Utilize Git for version control, managing branches, pull requests, and code reviews.
- Deploy and manage applications using Docker for containerization.
- Set up CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.




- Write efficient algorithms to enhance application performance.
- Troubleshoot performance and scalability issues across the stack.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 3 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in ReactJS, including hooks, state management, and component-based architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Python Flask for backend development.
- Expertise in MySQL, including database design, query optimization, indexing, and stored procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and algorithmic thinking.
- Experience with Git workflows for version control and team collaboration.
- Knowledge of Docker for creating, managing, and deploying containers.
- Familiarity with AWS or cloud services is a plus.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup with strong self-motivation.
