About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and technically strong Full Stack Developer to join our software development team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, maintaining, and enhancing web applications across both frontend and backend.

This role is suitable for freshers with strong technical fundamentals as well as developers with 1–2 years of hands-on development experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications.
- Work on both frontend and backend development.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs.
- Work with databases and perform basic database design and queries.
- Debug, test, and resolve application issues.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, testers, and project teams.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Maintain existing applications and implement recent features.
- Follow development standards, version control, and documentation practices.

Technical Skills

Frontend:

- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- React.js / Angular / Vue.js – knowledge of any one preferred
- Responsive web design

Backend:





- Node.js / Java / Python / .NET – knowledge of any one preferred
- REST API development and integration

Database:

- MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
- Basic knowledge of database queries and data handling

Tools & Practices:

- Git / GitHub
- API testing tools such as Postman
- Basic knowledge of debugging and testing
- Understanding of SDLC and software development practices

Additional Skills
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
- Basic knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Ability to understand existing code and troubleshoot issues.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

For Freshers

Candidates should have

- Strong programming fundamentals.
- Academic project / personal project experience in web development is preferred.
- Basic understanding of frontend, backend, and databases.
- Good logical and problem-solving ability.
- Strong interest in building a career in full-stack development.

For 1–2 Years Experience

Candidates should have

- Hands-on experience in developing web applications.
- Practical experience with frontend and backend technologies.
- Experience in REST API development and database integration.
- Understanding of Git and software development workflows.
- Ability to independently handle assigned development tasks

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
