Medikloud is an AI-powered Hospital Management SaaS platform that streamlines hospital and clinic workflows. We are building products across HMS, EHR, Pharmacy, Laboratory, AI-powered workflows, and healthcare integrations.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to build, maintain, and scale Medikloud's production applications. You will work across the frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and cloud infrastructure, taking ownership of features from development through deployment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build scalable full-stack features using Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS.
2. Design and optimize REST APIs, PostgreSQL databases, Prisma schemas, queries, and integrations.
3. Implement authentication, RBAC, multi-tenancy, security, and data access controls.
4. Develop workflows across patients, appointments, EHR, pharmacy, laboratory, billing, and other healthcare modules.
5. Debug and optimize production issues, performance, reliability, and scalability.
6. Write clean, maintainable code with appropriate testing and code reviews.
7. Work with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and AWS for deployment and production operations.

Collaborate with the product and engineering team to deliver production-ready features.
9. Effectively use AI-assisted development tools while maintaining code quality and engineering standards.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2. 1–3 years of professional software development experience.
3. Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, and Node.js/NestJS.
4. Strong understanding of PostgreSQL, REST APIs, database design, and backend architecture.
5. Experience with Prisma or a similar ORM.
6. Familiarity with Docker, AWS, Git, and CI/CD.
7. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and software development skills.
8. Ability to independently understand an existing codebase and deliver production-ready features.

Good to Have
1. Experience with AWS EC2, RDS, S3, Redis, and GitHub Actions.
2. Experience building multi-tenant SaaS applications.
3. Understanding of microservices and distributed systems.
4. Experience with healthcare/clinical software or integrations.
5. Experience with AI/LLM integrations and tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
