Daily Tracking & Operations

- Monitor real-time fuel usage and fleet movement using GPS or tracking dashboards.
- Record and verify daily fuel filling, consumption data, and physical stock logs.
- Track vehicle/machinery idling time and running kilometers to map operational efficiency.

Audit & Anomaly Detection

- Identify abnormal fuel consumption, sudden drops, or mileage discrepancies.
- Investigate potential pilferage, route deviations, or unauthorized equipment usage.
- Reconcile fuel coupon/smart-card transactions with physical consumption metrics.

Reporting & Management

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Management Information System (MIS) fuel analysis reports.
- Coordinate refueling schedules for heavy machinery spread across project sites.
- Recommend cost-control measures to lower overall project fleet operating expenses.
