Job Title: Front Office Manager

Company: Antheia Resort

Location: Pawna Lake (Remote Location)

Position Type: On-site

Experience Required: Minimum 5 to 8 years in hospitality or front office management

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage daily operations of the front office.
- Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent guest service.
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs,



and resolve queries efficiently.
- Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, F&B;, etc.) for smooth operations.
- Ensure front office standards, branding, and guest satisfaction.
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and maintain booking systems.
- Ensure compliance with resort policies and safety standards.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask.
- Prior experience in luxury resorts is a plus.
