Role Description The Front Office Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at the Labonel Fine Baking outlet in Sadashivnagar. This role focuses on welcoming and guiding customers, managing the reception area, and ensuring a pleasant in-store experience. Daily responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering phone and in-person inquiries, managing reservations or orders, and coordinating with the baking and service teams for seamless customer service.

The Front Office

Executive will handle basic administrative tasks,



maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk, and support cash handling and billing processes as required. The role also involves providing product information, assisting with taster platters, and addressing customer feedback in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Front Office and Receptionist Duties skills, including managing the reception desk and handling walk-in and phone inquiries.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills to build positive relationships and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Basic knowledge of billing or POS systems and comfort with handling cash or digital payments is beneficial.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or food service front office roles is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as per outlet requirements.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a passion for customer experience and quality service are highly valued.
