- Graduate in any discipline
- 2 to 5 years experience in customer handling / sales support / front office preferred
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil, Hindi and English
- Confidence to speak with retail and corporate/institutional clients
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, calls, and email communication
- Positive attitude, polite nature and willingness to learn
- Ability to handle inbound & outbound leads and follow-ups
- Comfortable working with CRM systems (training will be provided)
