About iPremium Care iPremium Care is an Apple device procurement, repair, and IT services company. We are looking for a skilled and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers and visitors professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer enquiries.
- Manage front-desk operations and appointment schedules.
- Receive and record devices submitted for service/repair.
- Coordinate with technicians and customers regarding service updates.
- Prepare basic quotations, invoices, and service records.
- Maintain customer information and service documentation.
- Coordinate courier/delivery and incoming/outgoing devices.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Support day-to-day administrative activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
