Job Descriptions: The Medical Affairs Job at Zydus Group is for a Regional Medical Liaison (RML) based in Mumbai. The selected candidate will serve as the scientific interface between the organisation and healthcare professionals, supporting medical strategy, clinical research, scientific communication, and evidence generation.

- Support speaker training programs and scientific meetings.
- Participate in regional and national medical congresses.
- Gather actionable medical insights and identify unmet clinical needs.
- Monitor competitor medical intelligence and healthcare trends.
- Provide scientific support to commercial and cross-functional teams.
- Support advisory boards, CME programs, and educational initiatives.
- Facilitate company-sponsored clinical trials, Investigator-Initiated Studies (IIS), and Real World Evidence (RWE) projects.
- Deliver scientific and medical training to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation through CRM and reporting systems.
