Job Title: Management Trainee (Fresher Hiring) - Night Shift If you’re a fresh graduate looking to build a strong career in Recruitment, this opportunity is for you!

You’ll get hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, understanding recruitment dynamics, communicating confidently with US candidates, improving your articulation and professional communication, and developing negotiation skills.

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, confident, driven, and serious about building a long-term career in Recruitment and US Staffing.

Location: 175, EPIP 2nd Phase, KIADB Industrial Area, Whitefield, Brookfield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066

Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM to 4:30 AM IST)

Salary Package: ₹2,53,200 per annum + ₹1,00,000 (Yearly Performance Bonus)+ Incentive Benefits: Provident Fund and ESI Insurance Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand and gather job requirements from US clients.





Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.

Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and clients.

Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions using recruitment software.

Stay updated on US recruitment regulations and market trends.

Represent company values and culture as a brand ambassador.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.

Passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition.

Familiarity with social media platforms and job boards for sourcing candidates.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.

Previous recruitment experience is a plus but not mandatory.
