Fresher Diploma Engineer – Operations

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

Experience: Fresher

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in day-to-day production and operations activities.
- Monitor production processes and ensure work is carried out as per instructions.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores and Maintenance teams.
- Maintain basic production records and reports.
- Follow safety, quality and 5S practices.
- Support supervisors in achieving daily production targets.
- Learn and understand the company’s manufacturing processes and equipment.

Skills Required:

- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Basic technical knowledge.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic MS Office knowledge.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.

Location: Nashik

Experience: Fresher

Qualification: Diploma Holder

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
