Responsibilities

- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals and delivery timelines.
- Create, refine, and maintain transparent, actionable user stories for the development team.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Apply strong analytical skills to evaluate business needs and drive value-based decision-making.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and smooth execution.
- Work closely with development teams to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.
- Continuously identify areas for improvement in product development & delivery processes.




- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile activities to ensure efficient workflow.
- Review and validate new products, features, and enhancements before delivery.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure their expectations are met throughout the project.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Project Management, or a similar IT role.
- Minimum B2 Level - French Language expertise
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive approach with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
