Role Description This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and focuses on freight forwarding and Customs House Agent (CHA) documentation. The team member will manage export documentation, coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and transport partners, and ensure accurate and timely filing of customs and regulatory documents.

Responsibilities include tracking shipments, resolving documentation issues, and maintaining communication with customers regarding shipment status and requirements. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to support efficient freight movements,



maintaining records, and adhering to compliance and company standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Freight Forwarding and Forwarding to manage end-to-end shipment processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Export operations, including documentation and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Freight Transportation to coordinate with carriers and ensure timely movement of cargo.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to handle client queries, provide updates, and maintain qualified relationships.
- Working knowledge of CHA documentation and customs procedures in India.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with standard office and logistics software.
- Relevant experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations; prior experience in Mumbai-based logistics roles is an advantage.
- Minimum of a relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, commerce, or a related field.
