We are looking for Junior and Senior Freight Brokers to join our team. Candidates should have relevant experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or the US transportation industry, along with solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with shippers, carriers, and drivers to arrange freight transportation.

- Source and book reliable carriers for available loads.

- Negotiate freight rates and close profitable deals.

- Manage load details, pickup, and delivery schedules.

- Track shipments and provide timely updates.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and customers.

- Handle rate confirmations and other freight-related documentation.

- Resolve shipment delays, issues, and operational challenges.

- Follow up with carriers to ensure smooth movement of loads.

- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.

- Achieve assigned sales/revenue and performance targets.

Requirements For Jr.

Freight

Broker:

- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in freight brokerage/logistics.

- Basic understanding of the US freight/logistics market.





- Good English communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong follow-up and willingness to learn.

- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

For Sr.

Freight

Broker:

- 2+ years of experience in freight brokerage or US logistics.

- Strong knowledge of the US freight market and transportation operations.

- Proven ability to negotiate rates and close deals.

- Strong carrier and customer network will be an advantage.

- Ability to independently manage loads and resolve operational issues.

- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Common Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Confident in dealing with US-based clients and carriers.

- Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.

- Comfortable working in the night shift: 06:00 PM – 03:00 AM.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
