About The Role

We are looking for experienced Freelance IT &

- Non-IT Recruiters to support our growing recruitment requirements. This is a completely commission-based, flexible, and remote opportunity for recruiters who have experience in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.

Recruiters will be responsible for managing their own sourcing, recruitment tools, databases, portals, and communication facilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Source qualified candidates for IT and Non-IT job requirements.
- Manage your own candidate database and sourcing channels.
- Use your own recruitment platforms, portals, LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
- Hands-on experience hiring candidates on W2, 1099, C2C, and H1B employment/work authorization models.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process until successful joining.
- Ensure candidates meet client requirements, skills, experience, and eligibility criteria.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and submissions.
- Take complete ownership of the recruitment process from sourcing to closure.

- Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in IT and/or Non-IT recruitment.
- Experience in sourcing, screening,



and closing candidates.
- Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Strong candidate sourcing and engagement skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn, job portals, databases, or other sourcing channels.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.
- An active candidate network will be an advantage.
- Candidates must have access to their own sourcing platforms, databases, calling facilities, and recruitment tools.

Compensation ? Completely Commission-Based

- Earn commission for every successful candidate closure.
- Up to $1,000 per successful closure, depending on the requirement.
- No fixed salary or monthly stipend.
- Higher earning potential based on successful placements.
- Flexible working hours – work remotely and manage your own schedule.
- Commission is applicable only upon successful closure/joining as per the agreed terms.

Important Note We do not provide databases, job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter licenses, calling facilities, or other sourcing tools. Freelance recruiters are expected to manage their own sourcing channels and recruitment infrastructure. If you have 2+ years of recruitment experience, your own sourcing network/tools, and the ability to independently close candidates, this is an opportunity to earn based on your successful placements.
