Role Description The Freelance Trainer role is a part-time, on-site position based in Warangal. The trainer will deliver engaging classroom sessions, workshops, and practice-based learning modules aligned with Abhyaas’ curriculum and teaching philosophy. Daily tasks include planning lessons, preparing training materials, conducting interactive activities, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback.

The role also involves collaborating with the academic team to refine content, tailor sessions to learner needs, and maintain high training standards.



The trainer is expected to uphold a professional learning environment, manage batches efficiently, and support learners in achieving their academic and test-preparation goals.

Qualifications

- Strong subject-matter expertise in relevant academic or test-prep areas (e.g., quantitative aptitude, verbal ability, logical reasoning, or related domains).
- Proven classroom training or teaching experience, with the ability to design lesson plans and deliver structured sessions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with a focus on learner engagement and clarity of explanation.
- Ability to assess learner performance, provide personalized feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to diverse learning styles.
- Comfort working with groups of learners on-site, managing time effectively, and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Familiarity with competitive exams (such as CAT or other management entrance tests) and modern pedagogical practices is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (Education, Management, Engineering, Arts, or Sciences) preferred.
- Strong ethical standards, reliability, and willingness to align with Abhyaas’ mission and training methodology.
