We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter – Freelancer to support our hiring requirements across both IT and Non-IT roles. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with suitable candidates based on our current and upcoming hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions to assess skills, experience, communication, salary expectations, and availability.
- Handle recruitment primarily for roles such as:
- Graphic Designer
- Sales / Business Development
- Chat Support / Customer Support
- UI/UX Designer
- Digital Marketing Executive/Specialist
- Video Editor
- Frontend / Backend Developers and other IT roles
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates within the required timelines.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and the internal hiring team.
- Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary and support the offer and joining process when required.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet agreed hiring targets and turnaround timelines.
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in both IT and Non-IT hiring.
- Experience hiring for creative, digital marketing, sales, customer support, and technology roles.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Good understanding of job portals and LinkedIn recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Should have a positive candidate network and ability to generate relevant profiles quickly.
- Prior freelance/consultancy recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
