Role Description The Freelance Recruiter will support Vats Consultancy Services in sourcing and hiring qualified talent for client organizations across various industries. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client hiring needs, creating and posting job descriptions, sourcing candidates through online platforms and networks, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with clients.

The role also involves maintaining candidate pipelines, updating recruitment trackers,



and providing regular status reports to the internal team and clients. This is a freelance role with flexible schedule, and it is an on-site position based in Barara.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in staffing and recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and client stakeholders.
- Ability to use online job portals, professional networking platforms, and social media to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple mandates and deadlines efficiently.
- Basic understanding of digital and technology roles is an advantage, given the company’s focus on tech and digital solutions.
- Prior experience in agency recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition is preferred.
- Comfort working independently, taking initiative, and maintaining accurate documentation of recruitment activities.
- Minimum educational qualification: bachelor’s degree in any discipline; HR or business-related studies are a plus.
