Labour Certification Program

Kerala

Company Description

Labour Certification Program (LCP) is dedicated to building a globally recognized industrial workforce development ecosystem by converting undocumented workplace experience into verified, measurable skill. LCP is an employer-driven skill validation system designed to recognize the actual on-site competencies of experienced workers and provide documented, verifiable proof of their skills.

LCP helps employers improve workforce quality, safety, role clarity, productivity, and workforce stability while giving workers a visible skilled identity and a structured career pathway. The program is designed for workforce-intensive industries including construction, maritime, facility management, hospitality, manufacturing, infrastructure, and other industrial sectors.

LCP does not replace ITI, Diploma, or Degree qualifications and is not a statutory license. Instead, it creates a bridge between existing industrial experience and future professional growth through structured skill levels and progression pathways. The broader AIMRI Indivarsity ecosystem provides opportunities for continued development toward higher qualifications and specialization.

Role Description The Freelance Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that build awareness, market adoption, and employer engagement for the Labour Certification Program.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing employer-focused marketing strategies, conducting market research, identifying target industries and potential employer segments, managing digital and offline marketing initiatives,

coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and tracking campaign performance.

The Marketing Manager will create and supervise content for social media, LinkedIn, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, promotional materials, employer communication, and awareness campaigns. The role requires the ability to communicate the LCP concept clearly — particularly its core proposition of validating the skills employers already depend on, rather than positioning LCP as conventional classroom training.

The role also involves developing employer acquisition campaigns, supporting pilot-program promotion, identifying regional and industry-specific growth opportunities, building marketing partnerships, monitoring campaign budgets, and preparing regular reports on marketing performance, employer engagement, market response, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in marketing strategy development, campaign planning, and brand positioning.

Experience with digital marketing channels, including social media management, LinkedIn marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.

Ability to develop employer-focused marketing campaigns and communicate a new workforce development concept clearly to industrial decision-makers.

Competence in market research, data analysis, campaign performance tracking, and identifying new market opportunities.

Ability to create and oversee marketing content while maintaining consistent messaging aligned with LCP’s workforce and industrial positioning.

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage employers, industry professionals, workers, training organizations, and internal teams.

Ability to understand and communicate concepts related to workforce skills, competency validation, employer needs, productivity, safety, quality, retention, and career progression.

Proven organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple marketing initiatives in a full-time, on-site environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred; relevant marketing experience may be considered.

Experience in industrial marketing, workforce development, skill development, education, recruitment, HR, certification programs, or B2B marketing is an advantage.

Knowledge of the Kerala market and industrial ecosystem, with the ability to identify employer opportunities and adapt marketing strategies to regional requirements.

Ability to identify and develop opportunities across multiple industrial sectors and geographic markets as LCP expands.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to market and establish a new workforce-development concept rather than relying only on conventional marketing approaches.
