Role Overview

We are looking for passionate and experienced Interior Designers to join

HomeLane as Design Partners and independently manage residential interior design projects with complete ownership and a strong customer-first approach. As a Design Partner, you'll have the opportunity to be associated with HomeLane, one of India's leading and mosttrusted home interiors brands, known for transforming thousands of homes across the country.

Key Responsibilities

● Conduct customer consultations and requirement gathering.

● Create space plans and modular design solutions.

● Prepare design presentations and production-ready drawings.

● Manage customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

● Coordinate with internal teams for successful project execution.

Eligibility

● Minimum 3 years of residential interior design experience.

● Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

● Strong knowledge of SketchUp and other design software.

● Portfolio with at least six completed projects and three customer references.

Mandatory Requirements

● Freelance opportunity (no full-time employment).

● Own laptop that can support tools like SketchUp Pro

● Complete HomeLane induction training and SC Pro Training.

● Mandatory Weekend Presence at Showroom (both Saturday and Sunday)
