The consultant will play a key role in designing and executing Design of Experiments (DOE). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the automotive or automotive components industry, with a solid track record of applying Six Sigma methodologies in manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, design, and execution of Design of Experiments (DOE) for battery manufacturing processes..
- Apply Six Sigma tools and statistical techniques to identify process improvements and reduce variability..




- Analyze manufacturing data to optimize process parameters and improve yield and quality..
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, process engineering, and R&D..;
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and product performance..
- Mentor internal teams on Six Sigma best practices and DOE methodologies where required..
