About the Role*

We are seeking energetic and target-oriented Franchise Support Managers (FSMs) to support and grow our franchise network across the Indore or Nagpur region. The ideal candidate will play a key role in franchise business development, admission growth, partner relationship management, and local marketing execution.

This position is ideal for professionals with experience in franchise operations, business development, sales, or the education sector who enjoy traveling, building relationships, and driving business performance.

Role & responsibilities

- Drive franchise business growth and achieve assigned regional sales and revenue targets.
- Support franchise partners in achieving student admission and enrollment goals.
- Generate and manage leads through digital platforms, referrals, educational events, and local outreach activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, coaching institutes, tutorial centers, and other educational stakeholders.
- Monitor lead pipelines and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.




- Plan and execute ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing campaigns.
- Implement Local Area Marketing (LAM) initiatives to enhance brand visibility and admissions.
- Support digital lead nurturing and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth franchise operations and partner satisfaction.
- Conduct regular franchise visits and provide performance improvement recommendations.

Preferred candidate profile

- 1- 4 years of experience in Franchise Sales, Business Development, Field Sales, Channel Sales, or Education Sales.
- Robust communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Target-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Experience with CRM tools will be an added advantage.
