About Lords of Detailing
Lords of Detailing is an automotive detailing and car-care franchise brand focused on delivering premium vehicle detailing, paint protection, PPF, ceramic coating, car care and related automotive solutions. We are expanding our franchise network across India and are looking for a result-oriented Franchise Manager to drive franchise acquisition, onboarding, relationship management and business growth.
Job Purpose The Franchise Manager will be responsible for managing the complete franchise lifecycle—from identifying and converting potential franchise partners to supporting their onboarding, launch and ongoing business performance. The role requires strong sales, negotiation, relationship management and business development skills, along with an understanding of franchise operations.
Key Responsibilities1. Franchise Acquisition & Business Development
- Identify and generate potential franchise partners through various channels.
- Handle franchise leads from enquiry to closure.
- Conduct meetings, presentations and business discussions with prospective franchisees.
- Explain the Lords of Detailing franchise model, investment structure, support system and business opportunity.
- Conduct regular virtual and physical meetings with potential investors.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise acquisition targets.
1. Lead Management & Conversion
- Manage franchise leads through CRM and maintain accurate records.
- Qualify prospects based on investment capability, location, business interest and suitability.
- Ensure timely follow-up at every stage of the sales funnel.
- Track leads through Enquiry → EOI → LOI → Agreement → Launch stages.
- Prepare regular reports on lead status, conversions, pending follow-ups and future opportunities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
1. Franchise Partner Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective franchise partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for franchise-related communication.
- Understand franchisee concerns and coordinate internally for timely resolution.
- Conduct regular franchisee reviews and collect feedback.
- Identify opportunities for improving franchisee satisfaction, revenue and retention.
1. Franchise Onboarding & Launch Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth franchise onboarding.
- Ensure completion of required documentation, payments and agreements.
- Coordinate with operations, training, marketing and technical teams during the setup phase.
- Track franchise outlet readiness against agreed timelines.
- Support franchisees during pre-launch and inauguration activities.
- Ensure all launch-related requirements are completed on time.
1. Location & Business Feasibility Support
- Assist prospective franchisees in evaluating potential locations.
- Coordinate with the relevant team for market and location feasibility.
- Collect information related to local automotive markets, competitors, customer profiles and business potential.
- Support preparation of basic market opportunity reports where required.
1. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Training, Technical, Accounts and Management teams.
- Ensure smooth communication between franchisees and internal departments.
- Follow up on pending activities and ensure timely execution.
- Escalate critical franchise-related issues to management.
1. Franchise Performance Monitoring
- Monitor the performance of newly launched and existing franchise outlets.
- Track key business indicators such as leads, sales, customer footfall and service performance.
- Identify underperforming outlets and coordinate with the operations team for corrective actions.
- Support franchisees with business growth initiatives and local marketing opportunities.
1. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain updated franchise pipeline and franchisee records.
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly franchise sales reports.
- Prepare MIS reports covering:
- New franchise leads
- Qualified prospects
- Meetings conducted
- EOI/LOI conversions
- Agreements signed
- Franchise launches
- Pending payments/documents
- Franchisee performance
- Maintain proper records of all client interactions, meetings and commitments.

Qualification & Experience Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management or a related field.
Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, channel sales, real estate sales, automobile industry, or a similar B2B sales role.
- Experience in franchise acquisition or multi-location business development will be preferred.

Compensation Salary: As per industry standards and candidate experience
