Role Description The Franchise Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. In this role, the person will support franchise development by coordinating inquiries, assisting with franchise sales activities, and helping prospective partners understand CAD DESK’s franchise model. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining franchise records, supporting the preparation and review of franchise documentation, and ensuring timely communication with existing and potential franchise partners.

The Franchise

Coordinator will work closely with internal teams to monitor franchise performance,



gather data for analysis, and help resolve operational issues raised by franchise centers. The role also involves scheduling meetings, preparing basic reports, and contributing to initiatives that strengthen the franchise network.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Franchise Sales and Franchising to support expansion and relationship management.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret franchise performance data and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Franchise Agreements to assist in documentation, compliance, and contract coordination.
- Candidates should possess clear and skilled Communication skills for interacting with franchise partners and internal stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in franchise operations, business development, or coordination roles is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic reporting, with attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a customer-focused approach.
