About the Role
Were looking for an FPA Manager to become the analytical engine of our finance team. Youll own budgeting and forecasting, build the financial models that shape strategic decisions, partner with leaders across the company, and give leadership a clear view of where the business is heading. Your work will span expansion planning, capital allocation, hospital economics, unit economics, fundraising, and long-term planning as Even continues to scale.

What Youll Own
- Budgeting Strategic Planning - Lead the budgeting process across teams, working closely with business leaders to translate plans into robust financial models.
- Forecasting Business Performance - Own rolling forecasts, variance analysis, and monthly business reviews. Help leadership understand what changed, why it changed, and what should happen next.
- Financial Modelling - Build and maintain sophisticated financial models covering Cash flow and runway planning, Scenario analysis and Capital allocation decisions
- Business Partnering - Work closely with leaders across operations, hospitals, product, commercial, and other functions to improve decision-making through financial insights.
- Fundraising Investor Reporting - Support fundraising initiatives through financial modelling, diligence materials, board reporting, and investor updates.
- Finance Operations - Partner with the controllership team to ensure planning assumptions reconcile cleanly with financial actuals while continuously improving planning processes.
What Were Looking For
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Approximately 4-5 years of experience in FPA
- Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment
- Strong financial modelling skills with advanced Excel or Google Sheets
- Comfortable building models from first principles rather than relying on existing templates
- Experience with investor reporting or fundraising is highly desirable
- Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills
- Robust commercial judgment and the ability to translate numbers into business decisions
- High ownership with comfort operating in evolving, ambiguous environments
- Prior healthcare or hospital experience is a bonus, but not required
Nice to Have
- Experience preparing board and investor materials for VC-backed companies
- Experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar BI tools
- Familiarity with healthcare operating metrics such as occupancy, contribution margins, ARPB, payer mix, or cost per bed
