Role Description As a Founding Engineer at Opus Wealth, you will design, build, and maintain core product features and infrastructure in a full-time, based in Bengaluru. You will work closely with the founder(s) to translate product vision into scalable, secure, and reliable software, taking ownership across the stack from architecture and implementation to testing and deployment.

Tech Stack / Skills Required: Production-grade Python; Data pipeline instinct; Postgres schema design; Security as by default habits. Must have skills: Next.js React; charts and UI; Figma/Framer; PDF rendering; design sense; ML/AI engineering.

Responsibilities: You will be building web based platform with real source data, creating data model, analysis with robust features & security. Execution matter more than planning,

Qualifications

- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Hands-on experience with contemporary backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, or similar) and API development.
- Proficiency in frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or similar) and building responsive user interfaces.
- Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps practices (e.g., AWS, GCP, CI/CD, containerization).
- Understanding of security, authentication, and data privacy in financial or data-sensitive applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced early-stage environment, taking end-to-end ownership of features.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with a focus on thoughtful documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience; fintech or investing domain exposure is a plus.
