Location: Delhi-NCR (Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon), with field travel required

Compensation: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000/month fixed + performance incentive + TA

EyeSphere is building India's first end-to-end sight-preservation platform - taking eye care from reactive treatment to proactive, at-home detection, monitoring, and management. We're a pre-seed startup based in Delhi-NCR, working directly with doctors, hospitals, and corporates to catch eye disease years before it turns into a hospital visit.

We're looking for someone who wants real ownership from day one - sitting directly with the Founder, running the operational backbone of the company, and owning one of our most significant patient-facing functions: counselling.

What you'll do?

- Manage the Founder's calendar, meetings, and daily operational asks - track priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups to closure
- Counsel patients through their screening reports, explain next steps, and support enrollment into care packages - under medical team guidance
- Build and maintain performance dashboards across sales, onboarding, and growth metrics - flag gaps and deviations early
- Act as the coordination point between Sales, Ops, CS, Marketing, Tech,



and Leadership to keep execution on track
- Support the CSO and Founder on strategic and growth research i.e. market, competitor, and opportunity analysis
- Work with our CDO on GEO, SEO, website restructuring, and LinkedIn growth initiatives
- Own corporate/enterprise account relationships - proposals, follow-ups, visits, and service delivery
- Support doctor onboarding, activation, and ongoing partner relationship management
- Represent EyeSphere in corporate meetings, doctor visits, and partner discussions, with sharp post-meeting follow-through
- Prepare MIS reports, briefing notes, and presentations for management review

What we're looking for:

- 1–3 years in operations, founder's office, business development, or patient-facing healthcare roles
- Healthcare, life sciences, or psychology background preferred
- Sharp with Excel and dashboards, sharper with people
- Comfortable holding a vendor follow-up call and a sensitive patient conversation in the same day
- Based in, or willing to travel across, Delhi-NCR
