About the Role

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organized Associate – Founder's Office to work closely with the Founder across operations, program execution, stakeholder management and strategic initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and can independently manage multiple moving pieces. This is a highly agile role that requires solid ownership, adaptability, communication, and execution skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end execution of key initiatives across operations, program management, and business growth.
- Act as a bridge between the Founder, management, tutors, students, mentors, and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, streamline processes, and improve overall efficiency across programs and workflows.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate ideas and strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
- Track progress on critical projects, ensure timely follow-ups, and maintain accountability across stakeholders.




- Proactively identify challenges, resolve operational issues, and ensure a smooth experience for all stakeholders.
- Support the Founder on strategic projects, reporting, research, and special initiatives that contribute to PAVE's growth and success.
- Build and maintain systems, trackers, and processes that enable scalability and operational excellence.

Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in operations, business, strategy, founder's office, consulting, startups, or related roles.
- Excellent problem-solving and structured thinking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High ownership mindset with a strong bias for action and execution.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
- Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented with a strong execution focus.
