RAYY is building an integrated discovery, booking and operating ecosystem for learning, sports, hobbies and recreational activities.

Our consumer platform helps families discover and book relevant activities, while RAYY Studio enables activity providers to manage their operations and grow their businesses.

The product is live, early bookings have begun, and the RAYY app has crossed 8,000 downloads. We are now entering our next stage: strengthening our financial and operational foundations, building repeatable growth in Gurugram and Delhi NCR, and commencing a structured fundraising journey.

About the Role

We are looking for a high-ownership professional to join the Founder’s Office and work directly with the Founder & CEO across fundraising, strategic finance, investor relations and critical company-building initiatives.

This is not a conventional accounting, financial operations or coordination role. The selected person will help build RAYY’s financial strategy, fundraising infrastructure and investor narrative from the ground up.

You should be equally comfortable working on a detailed financial model, analysing business metrics, preparing an investor presentation and managing an organised investor pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising and Investor Relations

- Develop and continuously refine RAYY’s fundraising strategy and investor narrative
- Prepare investor decks, financial models, investment memos and supporting materials
- Build and maintain a complete, investor-ready data room
- Research and create a targeted pipeline of angel investors, family offices, venture capital funds and strategic investors
- Coordinate introductions, outreach, meetings, follow-ups and investor communication
- Prepare the Founder for investor meetings, diligence discussions and negotiations
- Maintain disciplined reporting across the entire fundraising pipeline

Strategic Finance




- Build detailed revenue, cost, cash-flow and capital requirement models
- Develop city-level and business-level unit economics
- Analyse booking behaviour, customer acquisition, repeat usage, partner performance and RAYY Studio subscription metrics
- Build financial projections and scenario-based capital plans
- Support decisions related to pricing, monetisation, expansion and allocation of capital
- Prepare monthly business and financial updates for investors and internal leadership

Founder’s Office and Strategy
- Build a weekly management dashboard covering the company’s most key metrics
- Convert business performance into clear, investor-ready insights
- Work with different functional teams to collect, validate and interpret business data
- Support strategic planning, market research and expansion initiatives
- Drive selected high-priority projects directly on behalf of the Founder
- Bring structure, accountability and follow-through to important cross-functional initiatives

Who Should Apply
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in investment banking, venture capital, management consulting, startup finance, corporate development or a high-ownership Founder’s Office role
- Demonstrated experience in financial modelling, business analysis and investor presentations
- Strong understanding of startup fundraising, investor expectations and due-diligence processes
- Ability to communicate complex business information clearly and persuasively
- Excellent presentation,



spreadsheet, research and analytical skills
- High attention to detail with strong ownership and execution discipline
- Comfortable operating in an early-stage environment where priorities can evolve quickly
- Willingness to work closely with the Founder and take responsibility beyond a narrowly defined

Preferred, but Not Mandatory
- Previous experience supporting or executing a startup fundraise
- Experience working with a consumer-tech, marketplace, SaaS or technology startup
- Exposure to cohort analysis, unit economics, subscriptions or city-level expansion models
- MBA, CA, CFA or another relevant finance qualification

What This Role Is Not
- This is not an accounting or bookkeeping position
- This is not an external fundraising consultancy assignment
- This is not a coordination-only Founder’s Office role
- This is not suitable for someone seeking a narrowly defined or purely advisory position
